Quantum Fiber Instant 360 is our provider. Modems are already in the apartment and you can start service by downloading a QR code at move in.

Per Florida State Law, you have 2 options to choose from when you sign your lease 1. Two Months rent as termination fee or 2. 60 days notice and pay until the apartment is rented or the lease expires. Active Military requires 30 days notice and written orders.

No utilities are included in your rent.
